Commercial Realtor with REMAX NOVA, based in Dartmouth and serving the greater Halifax region. Born and raised in Halifax, Ann understands the local market and the communities that shape it.

She and her husband have raised their family in Dartmouth, and the region remains both her home and professional focus. Ann’s career in commercial real estate began immediately after graduating from Mount Saint Vincent University.

She has worked across administration, property accounting, property management, and leasing to build a well-rounded understanding of how commercial properties operate from the inside out.

She is currently in her second tenure with REMAX NOVA, returning after 17 years in senior leasing leadership with a global real estate corporation, where she served as Atlantic Leasing Manager. In that role, she led lease negotiations, managed tenant relationships, developed strategic leasing plans, and collaborated on property improvements and new construction projects. That operational and strategic experience continues to inform her advisory approach today.

Ann currently represents two of the larger private commercial landlords in Halifax and Dartmouth and works closely with tenants, buyers, and sellers across the region. Her approach is grounded in professionalism, efficiency, transparency, and integrity, with services tailored to each client’s specific objectives.

She holds the CLO (Certified Leasing Officer) designation from the Real Estate Institute of Canada and is a candidate for the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.

She previously served on the board of the Nova Scotia chapter of the Real Estate Institute of Canada and is a board member of Atlantic Women in Commercial Real Estate.
